<p><font size=4>Ingredients <br> <br> 1 package of dry active yeast<br> 1 tsp sugar<br> 1 table spoon of olive oil<br> 1 cup warm water<br> 1 table spoon sea salt<br> 3 cups of flour<br><br> Pizza Sauce<br> 2 tbsp olive oil<br> 3 garlic cloves; crushed<br> 1 28 oz can of tomato puree<br> 1 tbsp Marjoram<br> 1 tbsp Basil<br> a little salt and pepper<br><br> Heat up the oil in a saucepan. Add the puree, garlic, marjoram, and basil. Bring to a boil and then simmer for at least thirty minutes.<br><br> Combine the yeast sugar and warm water let stand for ten minutes. Mix in salt and olive oil. Slowly mix in the flour 1 tbsp at a time. Mix until the dough is no longer sticky when you pinch a piece off and roll into in between your thumb and index finger. If it's too sticky, add more flour. If it's too dry, sprinkle in some water. Knead dough into a ball. Roll in olive oil, cover with damp cloth, and let rest for one hour.<br><br> Then knead some more. Roll dough into a cylinder and cut into thirds. Cover with paper towel for 15 mins. <br><br> Now take one of the thirds and work it into a disc shape. Use a rolling pin from the center out. The goal is to get rid of any elasticity. You're damn right I spelled elasticity correctly on the first try. BOOM!!!<br><br> Ladle on some sauce.<br><br> Add toppings. I use sauteed veggies, pepperoni, and fresh mozerella. <br><br> Preheat pizza stone for 30 mins at 500 degrees. Bake directly on stone for 8 mins. <br><br> The Greek Pizza has pesto instead of tomato sauce and feta cheese instead of mozzerrella, Toss on some Kalamata olives and chopped artichoke hearts. Add onion, garlic, and all the seasoning. Cook until onion is soft. About 7 mins. Stir in the refried beans and chopped jalapenos. Add the water and bring to a simmer. Scrape the bottom of the pan to loosen up the flavor. Then reduce heat to medium low and let simmer for AT LEAST 10 mins. The flavors need to marry and the filling needs to thicken. Wrap the tortillas in aluminum foil and heat in a 200 degree oven for 5 mins. Add the filling to the tortilla, top with some shredded cheddar, and sour cream. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or deep stock pot to 350. Fry in batches of 8. Group together wings of similar size and fry in batches of 8-10 for 10-12 minutes. And then let them sons-a-bitches drip dry on some paper towels. Repeat. <br><br>Melt the butter in a sauce pan over low heat then add half of the Frank's Hot Sauce. Whisk until blended. Heat until nice and warm. Be careful not to burn the garlic. Burnt garlic is bitter. Nobody wants bitter garlic. In fact, if you ever meet someone who prefers to eat burnt garlic run the in the opposite direction as fast as your legs can carry you. Don't look back. Ever. <br><br> Take off heat. Salt and Pepper to taste. <br><br> Don't use sour cream.<br><br> Jelly Beans.<br><br> Meatwad.<br><br> Crack 4 eggs into a bowl and whisk together with a 1/4 cup of milk or cream (NOT SOUR CREAM) until blended. Do NOT over mix.<br><br> melt 1 tbsp of butter in your omelette pan. Pour in the egg mixture. Work the eggs around the side of the pan in a circular motion. Be careful to not scramble the eggs. More egg wash and then roll in crush corn flakes. Let sit for 5 minutes. Then deep fry until brown and crusty. Garnish with sour cream and hot sauce. Add onion, green pepper, garlic, and all the seasoning. Cook until the veggies are soft. About 7 mins. Crush up the whole peeled tomatoes in a bowl, add the tomato paste, sugar, and water. Add to the pot and bring to a boil. Now rinse off the beans and toss them into the chili. Bring to a boil again. Then reduce heat to medium low and let simmer for AT LEAST 30 mins. The flavors need to marry and the chili needs to thicken.
