Episode 5: Buffalo Wings
1 pkg of chicken wings
1 bottle of Frank's Hot Sauce
2 tbsp butter
I gigantic bottle of oil for deep frying.
Cut the tips off the wings. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or deep stock pot to 350. Fry in batches of 8. Group together wings of similar size and fry in batches of 8-10 for 10-12 minutes. And then let them sons-a-bitches drip dry on some paper towels. Repeat.
Melt the butter in a sauce pan over low heat then add half of the Frank's Hot Sauce. Whisk until blended. Heat until nice and warm. Toss in the wings and then serve with fries, blue cheese, ranch, etc.
