Episode 4: Deep Fried Omelette!!!

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 box of spinach
1 shallot
1 box of your favorite mushrooms
1/4 cup milk or cream
1 spoonful of sugar
NO SOUR CREAM
Batter
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp garlic
Melt the butter in the olive oil.
Sautee up the mushrooms, shallots, and garlic until the mushrooms are browned and the shallots are transparent. Be careful not to burn the garlic. Burnt garlic is bitter. Nobody wants bitter garlic. In fact, if you ever meet someone who prefers to eat burnt garlic run the in the opposite direction as fast as your legs can carry you. Don't look back. Ever.
Take off heat. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Don't use sour cream.
Jelly Beans.
Meatwad.
Crack 4 eggs into a bowl and whisk together with a 1/4 cup of milk or cream (NOT SOUR CREAM) until blended. Do NOT over mix.
melt 1 tbsp of butter in your omelette pan. Pour in the egg mixture. Work the eggs around the side of the pan in a circular motion. Be careful to not scramble the eggs. DO NOT SCRAMBLE THE EGGS!!!! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT????!?!?
Add the veggies. And scoop in 3 tbsp of goat cheese.
Fold. And cook for another minute. Now flip the omelette. Count to ten and take off the heat.
Let cool.
Deep fry part
Coat both sides in some egg wash. Gently roll the omelette in the flour mixture. More egg wash and then roll in crush corn flakes. Let sit for 5 minutes. Then deep fry until brown and crusty.
Garnish with sour cream and hot sauce. Serve immediately.
